Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped via air mail. High cost shipping factors do not allow for overnight shipping. Orders will arrive within 15-18 business days*. Should your order not arrive within the allotted time contact us at support@herb-al-remedies.com and include a copy of your shopping cart confirmation and/or mail order information. No claims can be accepted after 30 days.

 

All International orders are subject to Customs inspection. We are not responsible for delays, duties or taxes imposed by Customs.

Orders are shipped next day. There is no postal delivery in Canada on Saturdays, all weekend orders are shipped the following Monday.
